I removed my bottom fairing today. I noticed there was not a mark on my unitrak or rocker arms. Anyone running without the crud catcher notice any chipping or pitting on their unitrak from stuff bouncing off the road?

Took my crud catcher off and put a center stand on a while back. I like the center stand, don't care if it adds weight. Best way to clean the linkeage the couple times I've done it is that citris cleaner stuff. Haven't noticed any damage to the linkeage more concerned about the radiator but haven't protected it yet either.

At 10,000 miles, I am starting to see a couple bent radiator fins. They seem to be right behind the front tire. At the rate it is happenning, I doubt the slight damage will affect cooling much for another 20,000 miles. Still not a bad idea to put a gaurd on there.
Donny had a good DIY radiator protector thread on the old forum. You should put that one up here, Don.
